What payments do you accept?

Currently, we only accept MasterCard, Visa, PayPal payments & interbanking transfers

 

All credit and debit card holders are subject to validation and authorization by both us and the card issuer, to maintain security and prevent fraud. We suggest you use 3D secured credit card payment or PayPal for faster order processing.

What if I didn't receive my item?

Althought its is extremely rare, it is possible that the address label became illegible during the shipping and handling process, or that the delivery agent made a mistake and left the package at a different address than what was printed on the label.

What if I want to send someone a gift?

If a recipient is not expecting a gift, they may refuse the package if they believe it was sent to them in error. You may wish to let the recipient know that a surprise is on the way. Undeliverable package charges will be borne by the buyer.

You may also add in the comments field for special requests before payment is made online.  i.e.  Price tag removal on product
