The item I want is out of stock, what do I do now?

 

 

In the product page, there is a link that says "Notify me”. If you click on that link, you will see a popup that will enable you to add your email address to our notification list.

When it becomes available, you will receive an automated email sent by our system to inform you that your item is available for purchase. This does not mean that the item(s) is reserved for you and neither are you obligated to purchase the item(s).

Am I able to track my order?

Yes. When we dispatch your order for delivery you will receive a unique tracking number via email. Once you receive this tracking number, you can check the delivery status of your shipment.

How do I track my order status?

The order status will be displayed next to your order.

i.e. Pending, confirmed, cancelled, refunded, shipped
