I forgot my password or user name, how can I recover it?

Please click on ‘Forget your password’ or ‘Forget your username’ which is available at the ‘Login’ box.

Enter your email address and click on “Submit”. A set of instructions to reset your password will be sent to your registered email.

After your credentials has been verified, you will be able to create a new password.

How do I sign up/create an account?

Click on ‘Create an account’ and fill in your personal particulars.

Why do I need an eStore account to shop?

Setting up a February 29 eStore account will allow you to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us.  The information you share with us will only be used to process your order and for February 29 marketing efforts.  You do have the option to opt out of our mailing list.
